What this is
These terms cover the Tastebuds waitlist: this site, your spot in line and your invite link. The Tastebuds app will have its own terms when it launches. The waitlist is run by [COMPANY NAME] ("we").
Joining
- You need to be 13 or older.
- One spot per person, with an email address that's really yours.
- Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Your spot
- When you join you get a number and a link to share with friends. Each friend who joins with your link counts as one of your Buds and moves you up the line, so numbers can change.
- Tastebuds opens on 15 November 2026. You're guaranteed access on launch day if, on that day, you're in the top 1,000 on the list, or at least 3 friends have joined with your link.
- Play fair: no fake emails, no signing yourself up twice, no bots. Buds only count if they're real people who joined with their own email. If we see otherwise, we can remove those sign-ups or the spot.
If the date moves
We're working hard to launch Tastebuds on 15 November 2026. If the launch moves, the guarantee above moves with it: you get in on the day Tastebuds launches. Features can change, and we can change or end the waitlist at any time.
Leaving
You can leave whenever you like: unsubscribe from our emails, or write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll delete your spot. See our privacy page for what we do with your email.
The legal bits
The waitlist is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE].
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
